Signed "Hartford Clamp Co. No. 3CAN", and "East Hartford Conn." on the head, and "Hartford Clamp Co. No. 3CCN", and "East Hartford Conn." on the toe, it is in exceptional overall condition, operates smoothly, and lines up correctly when closed,
    with no personal markings from previous owners. This one has had a very easy life,
